从妖龙作乱开始，引出李修缘寻找降龙大师之旅，过程中他遇见了狐妖小九和伏虎，三人成功的降服了虎妖，却未找到降龙大师。在狐妖小九的相助下，终于找到一个可以帮忙的大师，殊不知真正能降服妖龙的就是李修缘自己，最后李修缘成功降服了妖龙，从妖龙体中取出了上古法器黑皇杖，然而这后面竟藏着一个惊天的阴谋……最终李修缘能否化身济公，与伏虎联手击败恶势力呢？
