 Set in Toronto at the dawn of the 20th century, Murdoch Mysteries is a one-hour drama series that explores the intriguing world of William Murdoch (Yannick Bisson), a methodical and dashing detective who pioneers innovative forensic techniques to solve some of the city's most gruesome murders. 　　《乔治·詹特利探案》（Inspector George Gently）是由马丁·肖（Martin Shaw）和李·恩格里比（Lee Ingleby）联合主演的一部侦探剧集，自2007年起在BBC播出。该剧讲述了20世纪60年代总督察乔治·詹特利和年轻搭档约翰·巴克斯在英国北部城市诺森伯兰及杜伦的探案故事，全剧共八季25集，单集片长90分钟。2007年试播集之后的第一季共两集，于2008年7月在BBC首播。
